Vinification

The different varieties are individually aged in stainless steel vats and aged on fine lees for 6 months, keeping the temperature and oxidation low to maintain the wine's fresh character.

Test results

Greenish-yellow color. Aroma of ripe citrus and tropical fruits on a background of seaweed, reminiscent of the sea breeze in a volcanic environment. Very round mouth, with vibrant acidity and saline finish.
